The Holy Rosary School Annual Fund

Dear Holy Rosary School families,
We wish to offer our school families and community a genuine thank you for your overwhelming support of the Holy Rosary School Annual Fund. Once again, support was received from so many within our community including school families, Holy Rosary parishioners, Holy Rosary School alumni and Holy Rosary School grandparents. With this support, Holy Rosary School will be contributing $105,000 to the operating budget from the Annual Fund.
This year, support that was received over our goal of $100,000 will be used to provide much needed maintenance support for the new Parish Center. The contributions, which helped us reach our goal of $100,000, will again be used to help bridge the gap between tuition charged and the actual cost to educate each student. This year especially, the funds will be used to help bring teacher pay closer in line with the pay scale of the Washington State Public Schools. Teacher pay was frozen last year at the request of the archdiocese. This year, your contributions will help bring teacher salaries back to within 97% of the state scale. Without the annual fund and your support, this would not have been possible.
We are all part of a community of families, staff, pastors and many others who have given so much of their time, talent and treasure over the last century to build the solid foundation upon which we now stand. With this support, Holy Rosary will continue to offer and deliver the outstanding Catholic education that we have become known for.

About The Holy Rosary Annual Fund
As a small school, Holy Rosary invites the entire community to participate in the excellent educational programs for which Holy Rosary is recognized both locally and nationally. The Annual Fund runs every fiscal year from July 1st through June 30th. Every year, annual giving touches every part of the school: financial aid to deserving students, equitable salaries for our excellent staff, and ongoing curriculum improvements. Every student is touched in real ways every day by your generosity.
We strive for 100% parent, faculty and staff participation in the Spring, and seek support from alumni, extended families and community friends throughout the year.
